Al Ikhtayar Engineering Consultants was established in 1995, by Syed Zaheer Uddin Ahmed in Sharjah who aim to make a valuable contribution in the real estate market by providund solid and sustainable designs for residential and commercial projects.

The criteria for location studies are appropriately weighted based on their relative importance, with specific recommendations and supporting data presented in each final report.
